Una vez que la salsa cambia de color (de rosa a naranja) y las tortillas la han absorbido, retirar del fuego y agregar por encima el queso desmoronado

- Servir así con el puro queso por encima, que es como yo acostumbro comerlos, aunque también son riquísimos con unas rebanadas de aguacate o un chorrito de crema de rancho.
