- Al día siguiente sacar de refrigeración precalentar tu horno a 250 grados, meter la pierna por 1 hora
- A la hora destapamos y bañamos con el mismo jugo que suelta, tapamos y volvemos a meter por media hora más, pasada media hora sacamos, bañamos otra vez con el jugo que soltó y metemos de nuevo pero ya sin tapar para que dore un poco y metemos por media hora más
- Pasada media hora sacamos, dejamos enfriar un poco, rebanamos y servimos con un poco de jugo de la misma pierna. Buen provecho
