  5. Pasamos el sopecito a un comal bien caliente, cuando las orillas estén bien cocidas volteamos por 1 minuto, pasamos a un plato y pellizcamos la orillita con mucho cuidado por qué está muy caliente.
  6. Les untamos frijolitos refritos, pollo desmenuzado, queso rallado...
  7. Crema, cilantro, cebolla...
  8. Y listo!
