- Agrega al caldo poco a poco las verduras comenzando con las de mayor cocción primero y al final la verdura mas suave (por ejemplo la calabaza). Déjalo hervir lentamente a fuego lento hasta que vuelva a hervir y apaga el fuego.
- Sirve bien caliente y acompañado de cebolla picada, jugo de limón, cilantro y Chile verde picado.
