  3. 1 pedacito de jengibre o kion
  4. 1 chorrito aceite de ajonjolí

  7. 1 huevo para sellar el wantán
  8. Cebollita china o cebollín picado (parte verde)
  9. al gusto Sal

  1. Lavar bien las presas de pollo y colocar en una olla con el pedacito de kion y los tallos de cebollita china o cebollín
  2. Agregar un litro y medio de agua a la olla y llevar al fuego
  3. Dejar hervir estos ingredientes por 20 minutos aproximadamente
  4. En otra olla pequeña agregar un poco de agua y llevar al fuego, cuando hierva agregamos nuestros fideos y los dejamos cocinar por 5 minutos
  5. Al mismo tiempo vamos sellando nuestro wantán con el huevo previamente batido en una forma bonita (como dije anteriormente, si gustan pueden rellenarlos)
  6. Agregamos los wantanes a nuestra sopa

    Escurrimos los fideos y también agregamos a nuestra sopa
  7. Dejar hervir por unos 10 minutos más y agregar la cebollita china picada y un chorrito de aceite de ajonjolí
  8. En ese momento, ya la sopa está lista por lo que se debe apagar el fuego y servir :)
