  4. Colamos y echamos dentro de una cacerola a fuego medio la salsa. Revolvemos continuamente hasta que la salsa se haga más espesa. La consistencia de la salsa debe ser media. Si está demasiado espesase puede añadir un poco de agua.
  5. Cuando veamos que tiene la consistencia correcta, añadimos la pechuga de pollo ya desmenuzada y lo dejamos todo durante cinco minutos más.
  6. Se acompaña con un poco de jugo de limón y con tostadas.
