Tenía muchísimas ganas de comer paella hoy y como ya he contado es una de mis comidas favoritas🤤, la quise hacer diferente entonces le agregué hongos 😅 no tengo ni idea si se usa o no en una paella hongos pero no me importó y se los agregué igual! - Yo usé la cebolla y el morrón congelado por lo que lo saque un poquito antes de dorar. Calentar un wok o sartén grande, agregar un chorro de aceite de oliva y dorar el ajo junto a la cebolla y el morrón picado! Enseguida agregar los hongos picados bien chiquito.



- Les muestro todo lo que usé yo para hacerla, en las cantidades les puse 250 gramos pero es a gusto pueden poner menos o más cantidad! Yo usé eso y quedó bastante abundante la paella. Cuando se doro bien lo del wok agregamos el paquete de Paella entero y ponemos los mariscos y los mejillones, mezclar bien.



- Enseguida agregar el arroz porque si demoramos mucho se recocinara el que trae el paquete de la paella y el que ponemos puede quedar crudo, agregar los caldos y el agua caliente (usé 4 tazas de agua hirviendo) mezclar bien y luego salar y agregar la pimienta a gusto.



- Agregar el azafrán o el condimento que tengan para darle color al arroz, mezclar nuevamente y luego ponemos las arvejas. Cocinar a fuego medio para que no se vaya a pegar. Si ven que se queda sin líquido agregar más agua caliente. Cuando casi está cocido el arroz ponemos el morrón en tiras para decorar.



- Es muy rápida la cocción cuando está listo el arroz estará todo bien cocido, me encantó el sabor de la paella creo que es la más rica que me ha quedado🤤
