  2. Por otro lado picar todas las verduras en trozos muy finitos.
  3. Poner en una cazuela un chorro de aove y cuando esté caliente agregar la carne picada y esperar a que se cocine un poco y suelte el agua, este paso se hace a fuego fuerte. Agregar las verduras picadas y mezclar, esperar unos minutos hasta que las verduras estén pochadas.
  4. Añadir un chorro de vino tinto, mezclar y dejar que se evapore el alcohol.
  5. Agregar el tomate triturado y el tomate concentrado, las especies (al final agregué además de la albahaca un poco de hierbas provenzales) y un poco de sal y pimienta. Dejar cocer semitapado durante una hora (como mínimo) a fuego bajo.
  6. Al final de la cocción he agregado un poquito de azúcar para neutralizar la acidez del tomate, pero eso es totalmente opcional. Os puedo decir que de sabor es espectacular, sinceramente no tiene nada que envidiar a la boloñesa tradicional y además la carne de pavo es más saludable 😉. Me han salido 6 porciones de las cuales 5 van al congelador.
