  2. Lavamos bien los limones y los pelamos, solo lo amarillo de la cáscara, sin lo blanco, que si no amargará. Colocamos las piel del limón en un recipiente.
  3. Le añadimos el alcohol y lo dejamos macerar 20 días, en un lugar seco y sin luz
  4. Una vez pasado los 20 días verás que las pieles se han quedado blancas, y el alcohol tiene un color amarillo inmenso
  5. Añadimos el litro y medio de agua en un recipiente y lo llevamos a ebullición, le añadimos el azúcar y removemos.
    Lo tenemos en el punto de ebullición durante 15 minutos, vamos removiendo de tanto en tanto.
    Pasado los 15 minutos dejamos enfriar a temperatura ambiente.
  6. Colamos el alcohol separándose de las pieles. Añadimos el alcohol en el agua a temperatura ambiente.
    Lo volvemos a dejar 10 días más en un recipiente en un lugar seco y oscuro.
  7. Llenamos botellas que nos serán más fácil guardar o poner en el frigorífico.
    Una vez frío ya lo podemos servir.
