- Si agregas pollo lo freímos primero, retiramos y lo agregamos después del arroz
- Agregar los huevos revolviendo rápidamente después de coagular.Yo les agrego 2 cdas de agua al echarlos a la sartén, bato, dejo coagular y vuelvo a batir.Agrego el arroz y otra cda de aceite(a gusto)Agrego la cdita de salsa de soja y probando salpimento.



- En otra sartén rehogué simultáneamente los cebollines de verdeo y los sumé a la preparación.A todos los ingredientes les puse muy poca sal antes de unirlos.Ahora mezclar bien y corregir sazón y agregar salsa, si se desea.



- Todo listo ya, emplaté para llevar a la mesa.Fue cena para dos y puse la salsa de soja en la mesa.Todo a paladar.
