  1. 500 gr Solomito o cualquier carne para asar
  2. 1 diente Ajo
  3. Sal, pimienta y ajo en polvo a gusto
  4. 1 Cebolla de huevo grande morada
  5. 2 Tomates
  6. 3 ramitas Cilantro fresco
  7. 5 cucharadas Salsa soja
  8. 150 ml Caldo de carne, o el que suelta la carne al saltear
  9. 2 cucharadas Vinagre

  1. Limpiamos y cortamos la carne en trozos de 2x2 cm, pasamos a adobar la con sal pimienta ajo en polvo, también puedes probar sazonar con un poquito de paprika y 200 ml de agua y dejamos reposar
  2. Mientras la carne se adoba preparamos nuestra salsa, para esto mezclamos el caldo de carne la salsa soja y el Vinagre, en caso de no tener caldo de carne, ponemos unos 100 ml de agua en la salsa y cuando vayamos a saltear nuestra carne esta va a soltar jugo, el cual lo incorporamos con la salsa
  3. Cortamos la cebolla en plumas... Yo no tenía cebolla morada por lo que toco ser recursivos y utilizar cebolla blanca, también corte los tomates en cascos.
  4. Ahora importante ponemos a calentar el sartén o un wok, con aceite y debemos dejarlos hasta que salga humo, en ese momento pondremos nuestra carne, procurar no llenar mucho el sartén de trozos de carne, aprovechando que la carne reacciona cuando entra en contacto con el aceite vamos a mover nuestro sartén de manera que la carne brinque y se produzca una llama encima de la carne, esto le dará un sabor a ahumado
  5. Notarán que la carne empieza a soltar su jugo le damos una breve vuelta a la carne y reservamos... El jugo que salió para nuestra salsa y la carne aparte.. si les queda faltando carne para saltear hacemos este mismo proceso.
  6. Sin lavar la sartén ponemos nuestras cebollas a que se cocinen solo hasta que medio se ponga transparente los bordes...esta le va a dar crocancia a nuestra preparación..
    Reservamos
  7. En este mismo sartén pondremos el ajo picado en pedacitos muy pequeñitos y pasados unos 30 segundos ponemos nuestra salsa la dejamos hervir durante unos 5 min y vamos juntando con la carne luego ponemos la cebolla y el tomate.
  8. Picamos el Cilantro y lo agregamos, revolvemos bien y ya esta
  9. Se acompaña de arroz y papitas a la francesa 🤤🤤🤤
