  6. Masa de hojaldre (de mi recetario)

  1. Comenzamos colocando 2 huevos a hervir en agua y los dejamos 10 minutos.
  2. Ahora vamos a comenzar con el relleno, picamos la cebolla y morrón bien pequeños. Y los ponemos a freír, apenas unos minutos. Y les agregamos el tomate también picado pequeño.
    Dejamos aproximadamente unos 7 minutos.
  3. Apagamos y agregamos los huevos picados bien pequeños. Y dejamos reposar unos 10 minutos. Yo aproveché ese tiempo e hice la masa: abajo les dejo para que puedan verla!
  4. Pasados los 10 minutos agregamos la lata de atún grated y otro huevo, y mezclamos bien.
  5. Ahora estiramos la masa y colocamos en la tartera, yo usé esa de 20x20. Y colocamos el relleno y cerramos con otra tapa de masa encima.
  6. Llevar a horno 30 a 35 minutos. Hasta que dore bien. Podemos pintar con huevo o leche, pero yo no lo hice!
  7. Quedó pronta! 🥳🥳 Para acompañar con lo que más nos guste o comerla así sola 😊🎉
